Privacy Policy
Public website forms are intended for business contact information and must not be used to submit PHI. Analytics and tracking placeholders are disabled by default and require privacy review before activation. Form fields are never sent to analytics. Third-party tracking is prohibited on the Client Portal and every protected route.
Analytics off by default
Tracking placeholders remain inactive unless enabled after privacy review. Form contents are excluded from analytics events.
